At launch, Vicky Baey will ship across the European Union, including Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and selected additional European markets. Estimated delivery times and rates will be confirmed at checkout before launch.
Discreet packaging
Every order is shipped in discreet packaging. The outside carries our branding only, with no obvious product details — designed to arrive quietly, wherever you live.
Customs & import fees
Orders shipped within the European Union should not incur customs duties. If we later ship outside the EU, any additional fees will be clearly explained before checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Because this is intimate underwear, returns and exchanges are only possible under strict hygiene conditions: items must be unworn, with the hygiene seal and original packaging intact. Full details, including the return window, will be confirmed before launch.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out through our Contact form within 14 days of delivery.
Care instructions
Hand wash cold or machine wash gentle in a laundry bag. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Lay flat to dry to preserve the recycled Italian nylon and stretch.
