Return conditions

Because our products are intimate garments, returns and exchanges are accepted only when:

• The item is unworn and unwashed.
• The original labels remain attached.
• The hygiene seal is complete, intact and has not been removed or broken.
• The item is returned in its original condition.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return or exchange after the hygiene seal has been removed or broken. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to request a return or exchange

Please submit a request through our return request form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order email or order number, the size you ordered and your reason for the return.

We will review the request and send you the return instructions and return address. Please do not send a product back before receiving these instructions.

After notifying us, the eligible product must be returned within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

• For a standard return or size exchange, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost.
• If we provide a prepaid return label, its cost will be communicated in advance and may be deducted from the refund.
• If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Vicky Baey will cover the reasonable return cost.

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent.
• Where required by applicable consumer law, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
• Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same hygiene conditions as returns. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

Faulty or incorrect products

If an order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible through our return request form and include the order details and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

These return conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees.
